Retail Shop Manager on Duty, Sports Club San Francisco

Job Title Retail Shop Manager‑on‑Duty at Equinox San Francisco Sports Club. Responsibilities Sales & Service Achievement of assigned monthly sales goals (individual contribution to total monthly store goal) Coach and develop Style Advisors in selling tactics, tools, and understanding key business metrics Ensure an unparalleled customer experience for all visitors to the Shop Maintain knowledge of all club and Shop services, programs, and products Operational Excellence Uphold all loss prevention and inventory management policies and ensure team adherence Ensure personal and team comprehension of all communication and training materials, and timely completion of all operational tasks Assist in hiring, training, coaching, and development of Shop staff Assist in scheduling and shift coverage Product & Presentation Ensure the Shop and staff reflect company brand standards through merchandising, marketing direction, and dress code compliance Enforce and maintain excellent housekeeping and organizational standards on sales floors, cash wraps, and stockrooms Professional Dimension Build effective relationships and partnerships with colleagues, supervisors, and clients Maintain knowledge of happenings and general standards outside the Shop to encourage camaraderie and team spirit Comply with and enforce all company policies and procedures; embrace and support company initiatives Communicate clearly and effectively at all levels with tact and diplomacy Qualifications Proven leadership ability and the ability to take direction Experience in a customer service business, preferably in retail Hardworking and diligent, possessing honesty and personal integrity Excellent time management, organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills Ability to utilize new techniques and ideas Be available to work a varied schedule based on the unique retail business needs Member Benefits Competitive salary and industry‑leading commission opportunities for club employees Complimentary club membership 30‑50% discounts on all Equinox products and services, including personal training, private Pilates, spa, café services, and Shop items Pay Transparency $21.18 per hour + ability to earn bonuses.
