The Flamingo Resort & Spa is a mid-century marvel in The Valley of the Moon. The buildings, rendered with natural materials and iconic angular silhouettes, are the work of master architect Homer A. Rissman. Set on a 10-acre campus, it is an incomparable property for both its city access and sense of complete retreat.

Flamingo Resort & Spa is seeking an energetic, certified, and guest-focused Personal Trainer to join The Club & Spa at Flamingo Resort & Spa. The Personal Trainer is responsible for delivering customized fitness experiences to resort guests, members, and local clients while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and hospitality. This role plays a key part in elevating the overall wellness experience at the resort.

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and small group personal training sessions
• Conduct fitness assessments and create individualized workout programs
• Promote wellness services, classes, and fitness packages
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe fitness environment
• Build strong relationships with guests and members to encourage retention
• Ensure proper use of equipment and enforce safety protocols
• Collaborate with Spa, Membership, and Front Desk teams to enhance the guest journey
• Stay current on industry trends, certifications, and wellness programming
• Assist in planning and leading specialty workshops or fitness events

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent)
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Minimum 12 years of personal training experience (hospitality or club setting preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Professional appearance and commitment to luxury service standards

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00
