Senior Videographer, Social Creative

The Opportunity

Join Adobe's Social Creative Studio as a Senior Videographer and help build the visual identity of our in-house video content! This outstanding role offers the chance to work independently on smaller, fast-turn shoots and lead production with external crews on larger projects. Your sharp eye, social-first instincts, and full ownership of Adobe's video content will set the standard for visual excellence.

What you'll Do

• Film internal video projects of varying sizes, ranging from individual shoots to bigger productions involving external crews
• Develop and maintain the visual appearance and style of Adobe's video content, ensuring a consistent and high-quality standard
• Apply strong social-first content understanding in framing, pacing, and composition for social platforms
• Occasionally edit quick turn videos when fast turnaround is needed
• Manage and maintain production equipment, ensuring everything is organized and shoot-ready
• Partner closely with in-house producers, editors, art directors, and creative directors from concept through final delivery
• Our quick turn shoots are typically in San Francisco or our San Jose HQ. Some longer travels required throughout the year.

What you need to succeed

• Proven experience as a videographer, ideally within a social, brand, or in-house studio environment
• A keen dedication to detail, with well-honed abilities in composition, lighting, and visual storytelling
• Comfort with both independent work and collaboration within larger crew structures
• Working knowledge of video editing (We use Adobe Premiere Pro)
• Strong understanding of social-first content and platform-specific framing (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Knowledge of video filming equipments, lighting, and audio capture standards
• Experience managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting production equipment
• A reliable, dependable presence, able to deliver consistently
• Nimbleness to adapt quickly across varying project timelines and conditions

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $71,700 - $161,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. In California, the pay range for this position is $111,700 - $161,700

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
