About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Account Manager who enjoys connecting with people, building lasting relationships, and helping customers find coverage that fits their needs.

This is a sales-focused role where your ability to build relationships, have meaningful needs-based conversations, and consistently follow up will contribute to your success.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Have needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Prospect for new business and follow up with leads and opportunities.
• Conduct policy reviews and identify additional customer needs.
• Help strengthen customer retention and grow multi-line relationships.
• Provide a professional, responsive customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Insurance sales or account management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable with sales conversations and follow-up.
• P&C and Life/Health licenses preferred, but not required .
• Proven success meeting sales goals is a plus.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
