For more details visit About the Candidate / Role Ground Operations Supervisor position located in Stuart, Florida or the Fort Lauderdale area, with the ability to travel to both locations. The role involves supervising and streamlining the passenger arrival and boarding process and ensuring smooth communication with passengers, aircrew, and the company. The ideal candidate is customer-service focused, adaptable to a fast paced environment and flexible with work schedule, able to work weekends and holidays. Responsibilities Assist in supervising the podium; ensure team members are properly trained including service, expectations, and policies. Ensure everyone is professional and most importantly safe. Monitor performance and recommend corrective action. Alert management of potentially serious issues. Travel to other locations as needed. Work with Northeast Ground Operations Manager to ensure the success of the concierge, training, and making sure locations are adequately staffed. Point of contact for base leads. Point of contact for any emergency the office needs. Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments. Perform other duties as assigned which may include assisting ramp agent. Point of contact to schedule crew car maintenance. Requirements Required Qualifications Must have strong work ethics, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a positive attitude. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and cohesively in a group. Proactive attitude. High energy, highly organized and resourceful. Proficiency using Microsoft Office 365 - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, OneDrive, Teams. Physical Requirements Ability to hear and speak clearly on the phone and in meetings (in person or virtual). Strength to lift 50 lbs.
