Club Operations Manager - Leadership, Service & Finance

Equinox is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead and inspire a dynamic club team in Rancho Palos Verdes. You will interview, hire, train, and supervise Front Desk, Maintenance, and Kids' Club departments, aligning schedules with payroll budgets and brand standards. You will conduct monthly and annual performance reviews, monitor safety, elevate member service, and collaborate with the GM and other departments on goals and projects.
