Job Description Job Description Litigation Paralegal – Personal Injury Houston, Texas Our client, a growing and well-established personal injury law firm, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with strong civil litigation experience to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing complex cases, and can support attorneys through all phases of litigation and trial preparation. Key Responsibilities: Draft, file, and manage pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and legal documents Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation Communicate with clients, experts, witnesses, and opposing counsel regarding case updates and deadlines Organize and maintain case files, evidence, and litigation documents Assist attorneys with discovery responses, trial binders, exhibits, and courtroom preparation Ensure compliance with court rules, filing deadlines, and litigation procedures Qualifications: 3+ years of civil litigation paralegal experience, preferably in personal injury Strong understanding of state and federal court procedures Experience with discovery, calendaring, and trial preparation Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Proficiency with legal software and case management systems Paralegal certificate or related degree preferred Compensation & Benefits: Competitive compensation: $30–$45+/hour DOE Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) PTO and career growth opportunities Collaborative and team-oriented work environment
