ALIGNMENT PLUS, North County's most experienced and recommended wheel alignment, suspension, and brake service center, is looking to hire an office manager. It is preferred that you have knowledge of Scott Systems’ MaxxTraxx software, but if not, we will train you. Job may be part-time with flexible hours or full time.
Required qualifications:
• A desire to learn and advance in an office management career in the automotive repair industry
• A strong command of the English language (both written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word and basic math
• Problem-solving abilities
• Neatness and organizational skills
• Telephone skills
• Experience in HR, office management and compliance
• Be legally eligible to work in the United States.
