Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Senior Campus Recruiter to join their dynamic team.Aprio is seeking a high-performing Senior Associate, Campus Recruiter to support and execute our early talent strategy across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. This role plays a critical part in shaping our future workforce by leading campus engagement, driving candidate pipelines, and delivering a best-in-class recruiting experience.This individual will serve as a regional owner of campus relationships and recruiting strategy, partnering closely with office leadership and internal stakeholders to attract and convert top early talent. The role requires strong ownership, adaptability, and a passion for building meaningful connections with students and universities.Position Responsibilities:Own and execute campus recruiting strategy for assigned universities across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regionBuild and maintain strong relationships with career services, faculty, and student organizations (e.g., accounting societies, affinity groups)Develop campus-specific engagement plans, including events, partnerships, and outreach strategiesIdentify opportunities to expand presence and enhance brand awareness across target campusesLead and represent Aprio at career fairs, networking events, information sessions, and student organization engagementsTravel extensively during recruiting season to support in-person campus activitiesDeliver presentations, lead student conversations, and serve as a visible brand ambassadorPartner with firm leaders and staff to ensure strong, consistent campus presence and messagingCandidate Pipeline Management:Build and manage a robust pipeline of intern and entry-level candidates from initial engagement through offerScreen, evaluate, and advance candidates in partnership with hiring teamsMaintain accurate and timely candidate tracking, feedback collection, and pipeline reportingDrive timely decision-making and ensure alignment with hiring goals and timelinesInterview & Selection Process:Coordinate and facilitate interviews (on-campus and virtual)Gather feedback from interview teams and synthesize recommendationsSupport offer decision processes and candidate selection discussionsEnsure a high-quality, consistent evaluation process aligned with firm standardsCandidate Experience & Offer Management:Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience from first touch through offer acceptanceLead timely follow-up communications and personalized engagement strategiesPartner with candidates through the offer process, driving acceptance and engagementMaintain ongoing relationships with candidates post-offer to support yield and retentionProgram & Cross-Functional Support:Contribute to broader early talent initiatives, including internship programs, mentorship programs, and campus ambassador effortsSupport recruiting-related projects, reporting, and continuous improvement initiativesPartner cross-functionally with HR, Talent Development, and office leadership on hiring needs and workforce planningAssist with event planning, program execution, and recruiting operations as neededQualifications:Required:3+ years of campus recruiting experience (required)Proven experience managing full-cycle campus recruiting and university relationshipsWillingness and ability to travel frequently during recruiting seasonsStrong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple campuses, timelines, and prioritiesPreferred:Experience recruiting for accounting, consulting, or professional services environmentsFamiliarity with ATS systems (e.g., Lever, Workday) and campus recruiting platforms (e.g., Handshake)Experience influencing stakeholders and working with senior leadersKey Competencies:Ownership & accountabilityRelationship building & influenceExecution excellenceCommunication & presentation skillsStrategic thinking with strong attention to detailAdaptability in a fast-paced, seasonal recruiting environmentWhy This Role:High-visibility role with direct impact on firm growth and talent pipelineOpportunity to shape campus strategy and regional hiring outcomesExposure to firm leadership and cross-functional initiativesDynamic, relationship-driven work with meaningful travel and campus engagement$85,000 - $107,000 a year The salary range for this opportunity is stated above.
