CNC Machine Operator 1st Shift
Pennsylvania Machine Works
Responsibilities:
- Work from shop prints, work orders, prescribed production procedures to receive stock material, requisition tooling and program to prepare machine for operation.
- Check all fluid levels, grease fittings and transmission.
- Load programs, insert tooling for touch-off of tooling, reference points for dry run of first piece.
- Produce first piece with approval or assistance of more experienced personnel for measurement of critical dimensions.
- Check production pieces following quality procedures.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a CNC Machinist in a Manufacturing Shop Environment
- Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
