Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Rehabilitation Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Registered Nurse Certifications: None required Must-Have Skills/Experience: Med Surg experience Rehab/Long-term Care experience Description: This position involves working in an inpatient acute rehabilitation environment. The focus is on the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced severe injuries or illnesses. Rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment tailored to patients' needs. Common diagnoses include stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury. The goal is to maximize health, function, and quality of life through comprehensive rehabilitation programs. Patient ratios are 6:1 or 7:1. Candidates should be team players and possess strong therapeutic communication skills.
