Step into a key leadership role as an Assistant Director of Nursing Services (ADNS) supporting a skilled nursing facility in the Brooklyn, NY area. This opportunity is ideal for an RN ready to elevate their impact—driving clinical excellence while helping build a strong, accountable nursing team.
Compensation: $135,000 – $170,000
Key Responsibilities:
Help oversee daily clinical operations and ensure smooth unit workflows
Coach and develop nursing staff, promoting a culture of accountability and teamwork
Guide care planning processes and support ongoing performance improvement efforts
Play an active role in survey preparation and regulatory adherence
Work closely with leadership and interdisciplinary partners to support resident outcomes
Qualifications:
Current New York RN license in good standing
Skilled nursing facility experience required
Prior leadership experience (Unit Manager, Charge Nurse, or similar) strongly preferred
Working knowledge of state and federal compliance standards
Strong leadership presence with sound clinical decision-making
