Wound Ostomy Nurse (RN) - Infection Prevention (Days)

To serve as the clinical expert to facilitate assessment, planning and intervention of patients who have or are at risk for the development of pressure ulcers, or ostomies. The Advanced Wound Care Nurse will coordinate the development of best practice through a multidisciplinary team approach, continually evaluating performance and coordinating process improvement to ensure Optimal Patient Outcomes. Education Bachelor's Degree Required Experience One year of related experience. Requires a working knowledge of standard practices and procedures. Licenses & Certifications Georgia Registered Nurse License or Multistate Nursing License Healthcare Provider (CPR) Qualifications Certified Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nurse (CWOCN) required One year wound care experience or comparable experience type of care. #J-18808-Ljbffr Tanner-Health-1
