About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Finance to take on a pivotal role in leading the financial strategy and operations. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, responsible for all aspects of financial management, including planning, forecasting, capital allocation, and long-range strategy. This role demands a leader who can provide deep business insight, drive capital allocation decisions, and shape the company's financial narrative for stakeholders. The VP, Finance will also be tasked with building and leading a high-performance finance team, modernizing financial processes, and ensuring the company's financial foundation is robust and scalable. Candidates for the VP, Finance position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in finance, with a strong background in high-growth technology. A background in investment banking or private equity is strongly preferred, as is experience in leading finance at a complex, high-growth company. The role requires exceptional financial expertise, including modeling, and a proven track record in financial planning and analysis.
