Entry-Level Assembler Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hourSchedule: Full-Time, Monday - FridayEmployment Type: Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and motivated Entry-Level Assembler to join our production team. In this role, you will assemble components using basic hand tools, follow work instructions, and help ensure products meet quality standards. No advanced assembly experience is required-we are willing to train candidates with a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities Assemble parts and components using basic hand and power tools. Follow assembly instructions, work orders, and production procedures. Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining quality and efficiency. Inspect components and finished assemblies for accuracy and defects. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Meet daily production goals and quality standards. Report production issues or material shortages to supervisors. Continuously improve speed and efficiency while maintaining quality. Qualifications Required Basic experience using hand tools such as drills, screwdrivers, wrenches, and similar tools. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to perform repetitive tasks and work in a production environment. Preferred Previous experience in: Assembly Manufacturing Production Warehouse Operations Construction or General Labor Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift and move materials as needed. Manual dexterity to handle small parts and tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
