Join #TeamAcenda and make a lasting impact.**Program Overview:**To keep families together by providing safe, permanent housing, and ongoing accessibility to evidence-based trauma informed support services to Child Protection and Permanency families throughout our region.**Job Overview**Provide support services and case management to families with a history of homelessness or housing instability. Assist parents to make a successful transition to self-sufficient living and improved individual and family stability. Provide coaching and guidance on life skills such as home management, nutrition, budgeting, parenting, education/vocation training, advocacy skills. Co-facilitate groups for parents, children and families. Link families to both formal and informal community resources. Work collaboratively with your KFT peers, DCP&P and community service providers.
