Clinic Operations Manager - Patient-First, Mon-Fri

ADVENT is hiring a Practice Manager for onsite operations in Vernon Hills & Northbrook, IL. You will lead day-to-day clinic operations, manage staff, and ensure high-quality patient care while driving financial and operational targets. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of management experience in a medical setting, strong leadership skills, and the ability to analyze financial and clinical performance drivers.
