Job Title: Material Handler / Reach Truck Operator | $20+HR | 11AM-7:30PM

MUST HAVE CROWN REACH TRUCK EXPERIENCE

Responsibilities

• Operate a reach truck for the majority of the shift to move materials safely and efficiently within the warehouse.
• Load, unload, and move materials within or near the work site using material handling equipment and manual methods.
• Manually move materials onto or from pallets, shelves, and storage locations.
• Convey materials from storage or work areas to designated locations as directed.
• Inspect materials for quality and defects and report any issues promptly.
• Identify materials accurately by part number or written description.
• Use an RF scanner to locate, pick, and track inventory and orders.
• Count, weigh, and record the number of units of materials moved or handled on daily production sheets.
• Assemble crates and containers to hold products when required.
• Attach identifying tags or labels to materials or mark information on cases, bales, or other containers.
• Clean and maintain the work area, machines, and equipment to support a safe and organized environment.
• Follow all safety rules, procedures, and regulations at all times.
• Lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required using proper techniques and material handling equipment.
• Walk and stand throughout the warehouse to complete customer orders and material movements.
• Perform stooping and kneeling when filling orders or putting away products at floor-level locations.

This is a contract to hire position based out of Stow, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
