Router

SHIFT: Must be available between 6 AM and 9 PM. Off Days are Mid-Week. Job Overview The Router routes all deliveries and is responsible for answering incoming calls to support internal and external customers. Essential Responsibilities Schedule deliveries according to capacity and business conditions. Record missed and/or re-delivery problems. Submit completed delivery manifests and stop records by deadline for contractor settlement purposes. Complete records for contractor settlement. Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date. Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to maintain a safe work environment. Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts. Follow all Company policies and execute Company standards on appearance, functionality, and appropriate brand representation. Communicate any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of department and company operations. Non-Essential Responsibilities Answer incoming calls promptly and accurately. Maintain accuracy of ticket management system. Print accurate pick lists. Execute company initiatives and other activities requested by supervisor. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. Contribute ideas on ways to optimize or improve the team, department, and Company. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent preferred. 1+ years related experience required. Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to complete tasks with strong attention to detail. Knowledge Microsoft Office Products. POS system. Basic knowledge of city and outlying areas. Physical Demands Warehouse environment. Sitting frequently. Standing frequently. Walking frequently. Talking frequently. Hearing frequently. Lift or move up to 100 pounds. Usage of hands and fingers. Reaching with hands and arms. Stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling occasionally. Sight is required to ensure the safety of yourself and others. Compensation Competitive pay rate of $22.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the company.
