This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential and light commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate is confident working independently in the field and has strong troubleshooting skills using diagnostic tools and gauges.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systemsUse HVAC gauges, meters, and testing equipment to accurately identify system issuesPerform preventative maintenance and routine service on HVAC equipmentRespond to service calls within a 60-mile local radiusCommunicate effectively with customers regarding repairs and recommendationsMaintain accurate service records and job documentationEnsure all work is performed safely and in compliance with industry standardsMaintain assigned company service vehicle and equipmentRequired Qualifications3+ years of HVAC service experienceStrong ability to diagnose HVAC systems using gauges and testing devicesSolid understanding of refrigeration cycles, electrical systems, and airflow principlesValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to work independently in a field service environmentStrong troubleshooting and mechanical problem-solving skillsBenefitsHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid vacation and holidaysLongevity bonus programCompany truck provided (stays at shop)Stable Monday–Friday scheduleWork EnvironmentField-based service role covering residential and light commercial sitesTravel within a 60-mile radius of Weston, WIHands-on mechanical and diagnostic HVAC work in varying conditions
