Network Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities
- Setup network information gathering workshops with the Customer to understand the Customer’s existing network design and technical requirements of new network designs.
- Carry out testing of new Designs, features, and functionality as required by the Customer in a laboratory environment and to help develop plans to implement and verify that they are operating correctly in the live network.
- Support ongoing efforts in defining best practice policies for Juniper product applications used by Customer Juniper Business Use Only
- Train the Customer’s design, implementation, and support personnel to configure and operate the Juniper Networks products
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of design, implementation, and operational experience in large-scale IP networks.
- Experience with JUNOS Command-Line Interface
- Must have large-scale experience with QFX, EX, switching and routing.
- Prior Work experience with EVPN/VXLAN experience.
- Experience with core routing BGP (eBGP and iBGP) and OSPF protocols.
- Mist Wireless assurance experience.
- Hands-on production experience with MIST APs, Marvis, and MIST Edge is required.
- JNCIS Wireless + JNCIS Wired combination
- Experience with Juniper EZ-LAG.
- Experience with design and/or deployment of routing and switching products within the Customer infrastructure.
- Knowledge to support use of the Mist API/Web UI
- Automation knowledge encompassing YAML and JSON templates plus Juniper PyEZ
- Must Certifications: JNCIS, JNCIP, JNCIE, CCNP, and CCIE a strong plus.
