Job Description

Summary

The Feliciano School of Business at Montclair State University invites applications for part-time adjunct instructors in Real Estate to teach undergraduate-level courses. Courses may be offeredin person, only ine, or in a hybrid format, depending on scheduling and program needs. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about teaching and committed to student success.

Responsibilities :

• Teach one or two undergraduate courses in Real Estate

• Review course materials and coordinate course activities with the course lead

• instructor.

• Prepare and deliver course content aligned with departmental and course learning goals

• and student outcomes

• Provide students with timely, appropriate, and specific feedback

• Grade assignments and exams within 72 hours

• Respond to student inquiries within 48 hours

• Collaborate with departmental faculty and staff as needed to ensure instructional

• quality

• Comply with university policies and procedures, including timely submission of grades

• and course syllabi

Qualifications :

Required :

• MBA or a related discipline

• Three or more years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas: real estate principles and practice, commercial real estate analysis, mortgage and fixed income analysis, and real estate development

Preferred:

• College-level teaching experience (in-person and/or online)

• Familiarity with online teaching tools and learning management systems (e.g. Canvas)

Salary Range

$1,975.00-$2,175.00 Per Credit
