Responsibilities Manage commercial mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Oversee HVAC, piping, and plumbing scopes Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation Track project budgets, costs, and overall project performance Work closely with field teams, clients, and company leadership to ensure successful project delivery Project Experience Preferred Commercial Healthcare Education Multifamily Industrial Hospitality Mixed‑Use Projects Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Mechanical Construction Project Manager Experience managing HVAC, piping, and plumbing projects Experience on projects with mechanical values of $3M+ Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment This is a strong opportunity with a reputable contractor offering competitive compensation, benefits, career advancement, and a steady pipeline of work throughout the Nashville area.
