We value hard work, collaboration, mentorship, and creating opportunities for our people to grow.THE OPPORTUNITYAs a Traveling Multifamily Superintendent, you'll lead on-site operations for large-scale multifamily projects from startup through completion. You'll take ownership of safety, quality, schedule, coordination, and overall field performance while working closely with Project Management, subcontractors, clients, and design partners.This role is ideal for an experienced multifamily construction leader who is comfortable traveling, managing complex field operations, and driving projects to successful completion.WHAT YOU'LL DOLead day-to-day field operations for multifamily construction projectsManage subcontractors, trade partners, and jobsite activities from startup through closeoutMaintain and communicate a six-week look-ahead scheduleDrive jobsite safety, quality, schedule, and production expectationsCoordinate subcontractor meetings and participate in owner/architect meetingsMonitor project progress and proactively address scheduling, quality, and coordination issuesPerform quality control evaluations and drive timely corrective actionSupport conflict resolution and subcontractor coordinationMaintain accurate daily reports and project documentation in ProcoreMaintain a clean, organized, professional jobsite that reflects Pavilion's standardsBuild strong working relationships with project teams, trade partners, clients, and other stakeholdersWHAT YOU'LL BRING5+ years of multifamily construction experienceExperience completing at least two garden-style multifamily projects from start to finishStrong field leadership and superintendent experienceAbility and willingness to travel based on project needsStrong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, safety, and quality controlAbility to read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documentsExperience developing and maintaining short-term project schedulesStrong communication, organization, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsExperience using Procore or similar construction management softwareA hands-on leadership style with a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityReady to build your vision?
