We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Production Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Prince George, VA . This position supports daily production operations by assisting with machinery, monitoring equipment, checking product quality, and helping keep the production area running safely and efficiently.

This position requires a rotating shift schedule . Employees must be available to rotate between all three shifts:

• One week – Day Shift
• One week – Mid/Evening Shift
• One week – Overnight Shift
• The schedule will continue rotating between these shifts, so open availability for all three shifts is required.

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment
• Monitor control panels to ensure equipment is operating properly
• Inspect products for quality defects and report any issues
• Assist with maintaining inventory and supplies for the production area
• Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies
• Communicate equipment, production, or quality concerns to the Production Lead
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Assist in other production areas as needed
• Learn multiple machines, production areas, and job duties
• Help ensure production runs efficiently and quality standards are maintained

• Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or production experience preferred
• Must be available to work days, mid/evening shifts, and overnight shifts on a weekly rotating schedule
• Dependable attendance and punctuality are required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Willingness to learn multiple machines and production processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must successfully pass a hair follicle drug screening, which can detect drug use going back approximately 6 months
• Must meet all other pre-employment requirements before starting
