Machine Operator

We are currently looking for a reliable, safety-conscious individual to join our manufacturing team as a Machine Operator. In this high-energy setting, you will be responsible for managing industrial equipment, upholding our production quality, and adhering to a rotating shift schedule. Core Responsibilities Oversee and manage the daily performance of production equipment Ensure machines are properly supplied with raw materials and clear finished goods to maintain workflow Examine items to ensure they meet quality standards and catch any potential flaws Perform minor technical tweaks to equipment to ensure optimal operation Help the team reach production targets by consistently following standard operating procedures Ensure the workspace remains tidy and orderly to support efficient operations Contribute to a secure workplace by strictly following all safety protocols Communicate any mechanical malfunctions or operational challenges to management Assist with various additional production tasks as requested Rotating shift structure Requires adaptability to accommodate various assigned rotation days Shifts may span across both weekdays and weekend periods Demonstrate consistent reliability by arriving on time for every assigned shift Qualifications Prior background in manufacturing or operating machinery is a plus Capacity to thrive in a high-speed industrial setting Physical stamina to remain standing for long durations and execute repetitive motions Comfortable performing manual labor, including lifting tasks as necessary Commitment to maintaining a strong and consistent attendance record Readiness to commit to a flexible, rotating work schedule From Montana to Nationwide Excellence Founded in Montana, Mach10 Solutions has rapidly expanded to provide premium fabrication and engineering services across the United States.
