This position provides professional nursing care and coordination across multiple living areas to support the health and well-being of individuals. The role involves directing nursing services, maintaining communication, and ensuring compliance with established standards. As a Registered Nurse, you will perform the following duties: Clinical Support: Apply nursing process steps to maintain individual wellness in accordance with regulatory standards Care Planning: Participate in planning and evaluating active treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members Communication: Relay information to physicians and staff while assisting with examinations and medical interventions Health Monitoring: Screen individuals for changes in condition, complete assessments, and report findings promptly Emergency Response: Perform required emergency procedures and ensure the safety of individuals during urgent situations Documentation: Complete nursing documentation, follow physician orders, and maintain timely and accurate records Interested in learning more? QUALIFICATIONS Necessary Special Requirements: This position requires active authorization to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania. All employees possessing an active temporary practice permit must obtain licensure as a Registered Nurse within the one (1) year period defined by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing. Other Requirements: PA residency requirement is currently waived for this title. If you are within 60 days of graduating from a school of nursing approved by the State Board of Nursing, you are eligible to apply for this job posting.
