ServiceNow Project Manager Location: Remote Time Zone: CST Experience: 15+ Years We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in ServiceNow and ITSM to lead large-scale technology projects. Key Requirements:
- 15+ years of overall IT experience with strong Project Management background
- Hands-on experience managing ServiceNow implementations/upgrades
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules and processes
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams, timelines, budgets, and stakeholders
- Strong communication, leadership, risk, and issue management skills
- Experience working in Agile/Waterfall environments
- Ability to work effectively with business, technical, and client teams
