IT Change Manager

m Overvi ew We're seeking an experienced IT Change Manager to lead enterprise Change Management for a large, complex organization — minimizing operational risk and disruption by ensuring technology changes are properly evaluated, approved, scheduled, and implemented per ITIL best practices. This role facilitates CAB meetings and partners closely with IT leadership, project teams, and business stakeholde rs. Key Responsibili tiesLead and improve the enterprise Change Management process (ITIL-alig ned)Facilitate weekly CAB/eCAB meetings and change rev iewsAssess proposed changes for risk, business impact, testing, and rollback readi nessMaintain the enterprise change calendar and coordinate cross-team schedu lingTrack KPIs: change success rates, failed/unauthorized changes, related incid entsConduct post-implementation reviews and drive process improvem entsSupport stakeholder communication, training, and adoption for major tech initiat ivesPartner with the PMO to integrate Change Management into project plan ningManage change records/workflows in ServiceNow (or comparable ITSM platf orm) Required Qualifica tionsBachelor's degree in IT, IS, Business, Project Management, or related (or equivalent experi ence)5+ years in ITSM, IT Operations, IT PM, or Change Manag ementProven experience facilitating CAB meetings and enterprise change proc essesHands-on ServiceNow or comparable ITSM exper ienceITIL Foundation Certification req iredStrong facilitation, stakeholder management, and risk-assessment s kills Preferred Qualific ationsPMP, Prosci, or CCMP certifi cationPMO experience; IT Business Analyst background a plusExperience with large-scale tech implementations/digital transfor mationBackground in public-sector, education, or similarly complex enter #J-18808-Ljbffr Motion Recruitment
