• Facility Specific Job Notes:

The job requires various credentials related to licensure and certification verification, including Nursys and License/Certificate Verification, which are mandatory for submission. Additionally, specific checklists and testing such as Ascension Specialty Exam, EKG Exam, and Core Competencies must be completed for onboarding. Professional requirements include education attestation, nursing contract worker onboarding, and the provision of two professional references. A background check and various personal health history verifications, such as MMR, Hepatitis B, and an Influenza Vaccine, are also required for onboarding. A criminal background check and an 11-panel drug screen are mandatory for onboarding. The position is linked to vacant permanent positions within the organization.
