IT Administrator

Provide internal IT support and help desk services Act as the primary contact for employee requests involving hardware, software, account access, Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook and connectivity Escalate complex matters to external IT partners Administer Microsoft 365 and user access, including profiles, mailboxes, distribution groups, Teams access, SharePoint permissions, Entra ID and license assignment Create accounts, prepare devices and ensure first-day readiness for new hires Disable accounts, remove access and recover equipment during offboarding Perform routine maintenance, endpoint configuration, asset tracking and secure IT practices Coordinate with managed service providers and telecom vendors Create internal IT documentation, user guides and checklists Standardize onboarding, offboarding and help desk processes Meet ticket response and resolution targets Complete provisioning and offboarding on schedule, removing access on the employee's departure day Maintain accurate license assignments and reduce recurring issues through documentation Requirements Two or more years in IT support, help desk or Microsoft 365 administration Microsoft certification required or expected within a defined period after hire Intune, Defender, Purview, PowerShell or Microsoft Graph a plus Ability to support a Microsoft-based environment Ability to administer Microsoft 365, including user profiles, mailboxes, distribution groups, Teams access, SharePoint permissions, Entra ID and license assignment Ability to manage new hire setup and offboarding Ability to coordinate with managed service providers and telecom vendors This is a full-time, non-exempt position Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, including user profiles, mailboxes, and Teams access, while providing effective IT support and help desk services.
