This position is primarily remote, enabling our therapists to connect with clients from the comfort of their homes while utilizing advanced telehealth technology. Although the majority of sessions will be conducted virtually, occasional visits to our outpatient office in Corpus Christi, Texas, may be required for collaborative team meetings or specialized client assessments. Key Responsibilities\n

• Build and maintain a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients to facilitate effective counseling.

• Thoroughly assess client needs through initial diagnostic interviews, obtaining necessary background information, and understanding socio-cultural factors influencing their mental health.

• Formulate individualized treatment plans that address specific mental health disorders, such as anxiety, depression, familial issues, or relationship conflicts.

• Conduct regular therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities to address their unique circumstances.

• Monitor clients’ progress regularly to evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment plans, making adjustments as necessary based on clinical judgment and client feedback.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and, when appropriate, provide referrals to specialists or additional services to ensure comprehensive client care.

• Document all interactions and treatment plans accurately in client files in compliance with state regulations and company policies.

Qualifications\n

• Valid and active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage caseloads and administrative responsibilities effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual salary between USD 90,000 and 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
