Do outbound prospecting to find the high level sales talent that will never apply on their own. Lead interviews, both individual and group. Move candidates through the process with speed and stickiness. Sell them on the career change and stay with them through the 30 to 45 day decision window. Own the outcome of every person you bring in. You will work directly with me. Not through layers. With me. Every day.
