Director, Advanced Solutions – Last Mile at RXO As a Director, Advanced Solutions in Last Mile at RXO, you will develop and communicate standardized integrated solution offerings. You will vet client solutions, design them prior to final pricing submission and contract, and collaborate closely with business development, account management, project management, engineering, pricing, IT, and executive leadership. Responsibilities Develop and document a full suite of solutions offerings, covering operational, technical, and support aspects. Align solutions offerings with pricing structure. Identify emerging client needs and strategically standardize opportunities. Create clear, concise scope documentation that can be translated into training material, legal schedules, and marketing material. Report weekly on progress of key initiatives. Advocate for solutions design internally and externally during client meetings or business development initiatives. Lead client‑facing discussions and collaborative solution development. Integrate solutions design with emerging industry trends and cutting‑edge technologies. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. 7 years of experience in solution design, consulting, sales, or a related field—preferably in transportation or technology. Advanced proficiency with Windows applications and Microsoft Office (MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Desired Experience Complex solution development, including technology and multi‑modal solutions. Customer‑facing solution or sales experience.
