Operations Supervisor

PSC Group is seeking a motivated and results-driven Operations Supervisor to lead daily operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. This position is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient operations, developing employees, and delivering exceptional customer service. Job Duties & Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily operations while promoting a strong safety culture Maintain compliance with regulations, company policies, and safety standards Identify and implement process improvements that enhance safety, efficiency, and productivity Manage employee performance through coaching, training, and accountability Coordinate personnel, equipment, and work schedules to meet operational and customer needs Collaborate with PSC's commercial team to sustain and grow the site's book of business through proactive identification of opportunities and scope expansions.
