Job Summary The Security Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading and supporting security teams across multiple locations. This role oversees Field Supervisors and security officers, ensuring adherence to site procedures, operational standards, and client requirements. In this role, the candidate will be a hands on leader focusing on coaching and developing teams, conducting site audits, resolving operational challenges, and supporting branch administration to drive service excellence and employee engagement.

Position Qualifications Ensures delivery of high-quality customer service.

Willing to fill in at lower levels when necessary while managing high-level responsibilities.

1 year of experience in security operations.

Additional relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education.
