Associate Inside Sales Representative

Job Title Associate Inside Sales Representative Location Columbus, OH Responsibilities Answer the queue phone and provide customers with requested information including pricing and ship dates. Input orders into the computer. Provide technical help when able. Handle all types of customer problems and requests and process orders. Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. Customer service experience a plus. Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, MS Word, and similar computer programs. Accountability & Dependability: consistent reliable, punctual attendance. Mathematical reasoning: ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide whole numbers, fractions, percentages, decimal equivalents. Reading comprehension: read and write simple correspondence and follow instructions. Analysis/Reasoning: interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram form. Customer focus: quickly solve customer problems. Communication: effective one-on-one, small group and team communication. Compensation and Benefits Pay: $19.38 - $29.09 per hour.
