Fitness Membership Sales Associate

We’re seeking someone with a sales-minded approach, excellent customer service skills, and a positive, energetic attitude for our next fitness sales associate. Our ideal candidate brings at least a year of sales experience along with a good understanding of how to prospect leads through telemarketing, cold calling, walk-ins, and member referrals. Responsibilities: • Provide excellent customer service to resolve the problems of members in an impartial and professional way • Manage and organize marketing efforts both within and outside of the studio • Greet members and guests at the studio, answer phones, and assist the front desk with various tasks • Generate leads by various methods including doing outreach to prospective members by phone, text, email, and talking with prospects at local events and studio walk-ins • Retain long-term clients and expand the studio's member base through sales, onboarding new members, and providing great customer service Maintain a clean, safe, and organized club environment by completing cleaning tasks and hourly club walksEngage potential members through various outreach methods, including phone calls, text messages, emails, and in-person conversations during club tours Qualifications: • High school graduate, GED recipient, or equivalent • At least 1 year of sales experience or work in a similar role is preferred • Prior work in a customer-facing position or customer service role is required • Outstanding organizational skills and time management • Proficient in computer skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekendsPrevious experience in customer service, fitness, or a related field preferredAbility to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentComfortable with outreach efforts such as phone calls, emails, texting, and in-person conversationsBasic computer and administrative skills (POS systems, email, scheduling software, etc.)Willingness to maintain a clean and organized club environment Compensation: $16.50 hourly
