Delinquency Resolution Specialist

Westlake Services

Westlake Financial seeks a Collections Representative for Covered Care in Las Vegas to help customers become current on past-due accounts. You will handle calls, negotiate payment plans, and use skip-tracing tools to locate accounts while maintaining confidentiality and compliance. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in consumer collections, strong communication, and a solid understanding of FDCPA.
