As a result, a full-time position is available for an Experienced Project Manager within our Architecture group at either our Chicago (IL), Bloomington (MN), Green Bay and Madison (WI) office locations.Responsibilities include:Managing medium to large projects for budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocationDeveloping and managing client contacts to secure future workDeveloping proposals including scope and pricingProviding project quality controlDeveloping and delivering presentations to clients, partners, and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs)Other tasks as assigned.A valid driver's license and travel will be required (potentially up to 25% of the time).The successful candidate must have all the following:A bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or other related field from an accredited college or universityAt least 7 years of relevant project experience with at least 2 years of project management experienceOR if no degree, at least 11 years of relevant airport project experience with at least 2 years of project management experienceThe ideal candidate will have any/all the following:Experience managing medium to large projectsExperience working on and/or managing airport projectsExperience developing new clients and maintaining relationships with current clientsExperience developing proposals including scope and pricingExperience with quality controlExperience mentoring less experienced staffExperience or familiarity with generative AI-driven tools, platforms, or systems (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, Chat GPT, Claude, Gemini) to enhance productivity, automate tasks, and reduce errorsA professional license in architecture with NCARB certification or in engineering with PE is highly preferred.
