Olympus Property in Mundelein, IL seeks a Lead Maintenance Technician (Maintenance Supervisor) to oversee day-to-day maintenance of the apartment community, ensure safety, upkeep of grounds and facilities, and coordinate repairs with internal staff and outside contractors. Candidates should have at least 3 years in maintenance, EPA/HVAC certification, and be able to manage turn-key operations, inspections, and inventory.
