Idea Nuova, Inc. seeks a Head of Ecommerce to own the marketplace growth plan for its licensed home goods across Amazon, Walmart.com, Target Plus, and new marketplaces. You will lead a lean team and have full license to build strategy, org, playbook, and P&L.
The role emphasizes a disciplined, high-ROI advertising engine and aggressive product/assortment expansion, with no DTC focus. This is a senior, strategic build role in a fast-moving, founder-led environment.
