Guest Service Supervisor - Concessions - Raymond James Stadium

Guest Service Supervisor Leads and elevates the event-day guest experience by managing staff check-in, resolving guest concerns, providing real-time coaching, conducting service audits, and ensuring policy compliance. Primary Responsibilities Check‑in staff and ensure all meal vouchers, clipboards, placement details, lanterns, menus and any required bar necessities are prepared. Uphold uniform guidelines, alcohol compliance and food safety laws before staff clock in. Communicate venue policies and procedures while correcting errors and assisting staff with uniform exchanges. Supervise Point‑of‑Sale (POS) operations and train cashiers on Clover Sport POS operations, including logging in/out, processing transactions, refunds, troubleshooting, redeeming Krewe Card stored value, and applying discounts. Conduct pre-shift meetings to review POS functionality and performance standards. Resolve guest conflicts using authorized recovery methods and address service concerns. Ensure cashier areas remain clean, organized, and equipped with necessary tools. Monitor line speeds, cashier performance and overall guest interaction to ensure efficient service. Facilitate guest service audits, provide immediate feedback to leadership and track guest survey results. Coordinate delivery of in‑seat orders and monitor in-seat runners for timely service. Qualifications 2+ years supervisory experience in food & beverage or concessions operations. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills. Ability to train and support a team in a fast‑paced environment. Proficient in POS systems and customer service experience. Skilled in managing guest conflicts and ensuring positive guest experiences. Committed to improving customer service and team performance through coaching. Mental & Physical Demands Requires standing/walking up to 12 hours per shift, navigating ramps, stairs, and elevators; may involve extreme temperatures and heat/humidity; ability to lift, carry, reach, squat, push, and pull as required.
