What You Bring:

• A Master’s degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy
• Current California OT license or eligibility
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
• Experience (or sharp interest) in working in school-based settings, preferably with elementary-aged children
• Ability to quickly build rapport with students, teachers, and families
• Organizational skills to manage documentation and scheduling
• Enthusiasm and adaptability in dynamic school situations

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to elementary students based on IEP goals
• Assess students’ needs in areas such as fine motor skills, sensory integration, and daily activities
• Design and implement individualized intervention plans to maximize student participation
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support students’ learning and growth
• Monitor and document progress, maintaining compliance with all state and district guidelines
• Offer occasional staff training or classroom support as needed
