About the Role:

Neil Jesani Wealth Management, a relationship-driven RIA serving high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners, is seeking an experienced Investment Advisor / Service Advisor.

This is not an administrative or entry-level service position. We are seeking an experienced, licensed advisor who has substantial direct client-facing experience and is comfortable advising sophisticated clients on investments, financial planning, tax strategies, estate planning, and portfolio management.

Responsibilities:

• Meet directly with HNW clients and serve as a trusted advisor.
• Participate in and lead client meetings.
• Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans and investment strategies.
• Analyze portfolios, tax situations, estate structures, cash flow, and long-term goals.
• Advise on portfolio management, tax-efficient investing, and wealth preservation.
• Assist with retirement, trust, estate, gifting, and multigenerational planning.
• Evaluate and discuss alternative investments, including private equity, private real estate, hedge funds, private credit, and structured notes.
• Apply strategies such as tax-loss harvesting and tax-deferral.
• Collaborate with CPAs, estate attorneys, and other professional advisors.
• Manage client relationships and assist with portfolio implementation and ongoing investment management.
• Utilize Charles Schwab Advisor Center and Advyzon CRM.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of direct client-facing investment/wealth advisory experience.
• Proven experience advising high-net-worth clients.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Series 65 or Series 66 required.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, investments, portfolio construction, and tax planning.
• Experience with Charles Schwab Advisor Center.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
• CFP strongly preferred.
• RIA/independent wealth management experience preferred.
• Experience with alternative investments, trusts, estate planning, and tax-management strategies preferred.
