Front Office Clerk

Express Employment Professionals

We are seeking a motivated and professional Front Office Coordinator to join our team! The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), customer service-oriented, organized, and able to handle situations with professionalism and initiative in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and applicants
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Schedule appointments
  • Perform data entry and maintain records
  • Assist with administrative office duties
  • Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Data entry experience required
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
