IT Recruiter

As an IT Recruiter, you'll play a vital role in connecting skilled IT professionals with career opportunities in the Omaha metro and across the nation. This position focuses on sourcing and recruiting top talent—software engineers, AI engineers, cloud engineers, data scientists, data engineers, automation engineers, and more—while building lasting relationships that positively impact companies. We are looking for someone with a competitive and entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive mindset who thrives on creating and maintaining relationships with talented IT professionals. This role offers the potential for long-term growth and can be a steppingstone to an Account Manager position for those seeking professional advancement.

A Day in the Life:

• Proactively source and recruit passive IT candidates via phone calls and other communications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial outreach to placement and retention.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications for current and future roles and collaborate with Account Managers to find the best placement opportunities.
• Consistently meet recruitment metrics such as calls, meetings, and placements.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture and uphold company standards and policies.

• Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and other standard software tools.
• A college degree is preferred but not required.
