As a Recruiter, you will lead the effort to identify and attract talented professionals for career opportunities locally and across the country. This role centers on strategic sourcing, relationship management, and delivering high quality talent to our client partners. We are seeking a competitive, driven individual who enjoys building networks and creating opportunities for others. With consistent performance, this role can open the door to expanded reponsibilities and advancement into an Account Manager position.

What Your Day Looks Like

• Proactively uncovering "hidden gem" candidates through strategic outreach and high-level networking.
• Moving beyond the resume to understand the person. You’ll manage the full candidate experience, from that first "hello" to the first day on the job.
• Partnering with Account Managers to solve complex hiring puzzles and hitting key performance milestones that drive our collective success.
