About Our Agency I opened my agency in July 2001 after spending 10 years as a State Farm Auto Claims Manager, bringing strong technical experience and a people-first leadership style into agency ownership. Today, our team includes six members, many of whom have been with the office for 20+ years, creating a stable, experienced, and supportive environment. I’m a graduate of the University of Georgia, married with two daughters, and actively involved in the community through multiple boards, including the Fort Gordon Alliance Community Board. Our office is located just three miles from Fort Gordon, and we proudly operate as a military-supportive agency with many team members who share that background. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred.
