Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative (Spanish/English) to join our fast‑growing retail team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment and want to earn unlimited commission while building strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Assist walk‑in and call‑in customers with wireless products and services Communicate fluently in Spanish and English Sell smartphones, prepaid plans, accessories, and add‑ons Activate phones, process upgrades, and handle billing inquiries Troubleshoot basic technical issues Meet or exceed sales targets Stay updated on promotions, pricing, and new technology Maintain a welcoming, team‑oriented store environment Qualifications Fluent/native Spanish speaker with strong English skills Retail sales, wireless sales, or customer service experience (preferred) Self‑motivated, reliable, and goal‑oriented Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and POS systems Willingness to learn sales techniques and wireless technology Flexible availability (including weekends) Reliable transportation Schedule Monday to Friday 10‑hour shifts Weekend availability required Day shift Why Join Us?
